Support Local

Community Focused. Locally Driven

At the heart of our mission is a deep commitment to supporting our community and fellow small businesses. We believe it truly takes a village to keep small businesses thriving. That’s why we actively collaborate with other local businesses to ensure your dollars stay within the community, fueling growth, connection, and shared success.

Each year, we proudly participate in a variety of community events and contribute hundreds of dollars to local non-profits. We’re firm believers that when you invest in your employees and your community, they’ll invest right back.

Where Service

Meets Significance

Whether we’re flipping pancakes at a fundraiser breakfast, teaming up with local businesses for a good cause, or helping nonprofits push their missions forward, we show up with purpose. From hometown heroes to small shop owners, we’re proud to stand beside the people who make Robertson County & Franklin feel like family. Every event we support is another way we say, we’re in this together.

Business of the Year Award

We were incredibly honored to have been named Business of the Year by the Robertson County (TN) Chamber of Commerce. This recognition meant the world to us, but more importantly, it reflected the unwavering support of our community. From our loyal guests who chose to dine with us, to our dedicated team members who brought their best every day, and to our vendors who helped us maintain the highest standards, this award was truly shared. We were proud to serve a community that believed in the power of small business, and we were beyond grateful to be a part of it.

School Career Day

We are passionate about investing in the next generation of leaders. That’s why many of our team members are current high school or college students gaining hands-on experience while continuing their education. We also actively participate in local career days throughout Robertson County, where our founder, Andy, shares his journey as a small business owner, including both the challenges and the triumphs. He speaks to business and marketing students about the critical role small businesses play in strengthening local communities and emphasizes the importance of mutual support. Through real-life insights and success stories, Andy inspires the next wave of entrepreneurs to dream big and lead boldly.

Giving Day

Colorado Grill is proud to support Small Town Startup’s annual Giving Day, a powerful initiative dedicated to uplifting local nonprofits making a difference right here in Robertson County. Each year, we contribute to help fuel the missions of organizations like Critter Fixers, Chozen, Recovery Court, and many others working tirelessly to serve our community. In 2025, we proudly donated over $1,000 to sponsor this meaningful event. Being part of Giving Day isn’t just about giving back, it’s about standing with the people and organizations that make our hometown stronger.

Love On Cora

We were honored to sponsor the “Love on Cora” event, a powerful community effort supporting Cora Fuller, a brave young girl currently battling leukemia. Together with local businesses like All Seasons, Deja Moo, and many others, we came together to raise thousands of dollars to help cover Cora’s medical treatments and family expenses. At Colorado Grill, we believe in the strength of community and this event was a beautiful reminder that when we unite for a cause, we can help create miracles. It was a privilege to stand beside Cora and her family.
